UX/UI Designer

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Director of Creative Technology




The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the creation and production of digital and interactive projects across all clients and disciplines. This position will work closely with strategy, creative, and development leads to design cutting edge experiences across all digital touch points. Projects may include, but are not limited to: user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, testing/iteration, storyboards, banner ads, digital layouts, and QA. The ideal candidate has proven UX/UI experience, strong visual design skills, understands site hierarchies, champions the user, and has a passion for creating experiences in online and interactive environments.




* Host stakeholder meetings and provide insight on clients’ needs from a digital perspective

* Development of user/journey maps and ability articulate them to clients/teammates

* Writing high level and detailed business requirements for digital projects

* Designing wireframes that layout both content hierarchy and interactions Collaborate with art directors/designers to help execute design stages, from concept to hand-off.

* Ability to present work, provide interaction logic, understand stakeholders’ instruction, and apply feedback accordingly

* Coordinate with Project Managers to assess workload, due dates, final deliverables

* Maintain knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, industry changes and technologies




* B.A. degree or equivalent.

* Minimum of 2 years experience.

* Working knowledge of the creative process, strategic, creative development and interactive production.

* Excellent time management skills.

* Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch.

* Experience using Axure RP wireframe software.

* Experience working with InVision (for interactive prototyping and mockups).

* Working knowledge of HTML and CSS encouraged.
