What You’d Do

  • Provide strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to the client in order to develop and implement effective marketing
  • Foster and identify innovative thinking and creative ideas
  • Contributes to the development of the agency and culture as a whole
  • Apply entrepreneurial thinking to recognize and seize business opportunities
  • Ensure outstanding client service by anticipating potential problems, assessing appropriate solutions and taking action to avoid and/or resolve conflicts
  • Responsible for overall quality and presentation of agency work
  • Manage the staffing of the account team by assessing appropriate staff and service levels
  • Manage account profitability
  • Coach and motivate account personnel to develop future agency leaders
  • Increase agency revenue through organic growth or new business opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of Martin Williams



What You’ve Done

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • 8+ years of agency experience
  • Experience leading an Ag related brand, preferred
