POSITION:                             Associate Integrated Producer


DEPARTMENT:                     Production


ACCOUNTABLE TO:            Senior Vice President, Head of Integrated Production



Work with Producers and Creatives on day-to-day television, digital/social, print, and radio production activities, dealing with studios, participating on bids, pre-production, shooting, recording and editing.



  • Acts as Agency producer running production from start to finish on specific projects, smaller production jobs, new business pitches, etc.
  • Assists producers with the bidding process, estimating, and pre-production tasks.
  • Assists producers on shoots and with post production.
  • Facilitates art buying and music licensing.
  • Facilitates basic broadcast trafficking needs.
  • Becomes skilled at estimating and scheduling various types of productions.
  • Builds knowledge of vendors and creates a network to provide the best creative output on each particular assignment.
  • Leads production meetings, communicating effectively with clients and internal teammates.
  • Helps identify risk and escalates potential issues to the more senior producers in the dept.
  • Monitors actuals to estimates, reviews and approves invoices, and assigns PO’s.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Two to three years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
